Clarksville Police Department Makes Third Arrest 

On December 23rd, 2023, the Clarksville Police Department (CPD) apprehended Santananna McFarlan, the third individual arrested in the Jarlen Corbin murder case. The incident took place on January 19th, 2023, at 1504 Fort Campbell Boulevard. Based on the report, McFarlan, a Clarksville native, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
